These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoffeeCartStartup.com (the "Site") and any digital products, templates, workbooks, or resources purchased through it (the "Products"), operated by Plato Beverage Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a Product, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. Who We Are CoffeeCartStartup.com is operated by Plato Beverage Consulting LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Sarasota, Florida.

2. Educational Products, Not Guarantees The Products sold on this Site (business plan templates, financial projection workbooks, equipment lists, recipe and COGS worksheets, and related guides) are educational and planning resources. They are tools to help you think through and build your own business plan, they are not a guarantee of business success, funding approval, permit approval, or any specific financial outcome. 3. License to Use Purchased Products When you purchase a Product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:

• Download, use, and edit the Product for your own business planning purposes; and

• Print or save copies for your own personal or business use.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute any Product, in whole or in part, to any third party;

• Post any Product publicly or upload it to any file-sharing site or platform;

• Use any Product to create a competing template, guide, or resource for resale.

All Products remain the intellectual property of Plato Beverage Consulting LLC. This license does not transfer ownership of the Product itself.

4. Purchases and Payment Purchases are processed through our third-party checkout provider, ThriveCart, Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to ThriveCart's applicable terms for payment processing in addition to these Terms.

5. Digital Product Refund Policy Because our digital products provide immediate access to downloadable resources, all sales are final once access has been delivered. If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us at hello@coffeecartstartup.com and we will review duplicate purchases on a case-by-case basis.

6. Consulting Services Consulting and advisory services (including Strategy Sessions, Business Plan Reviews, Financial Plan Reviews, and custom plan development) are governed by a separate signed engagement agreement between you and Plato Beverage Consulting LLC, in addition to these Terms. Where the two conflict for a specific engagement, the signed agreement controls.

7. Website Content and Intellectual Property Unless otherwise stated, Plato Beverage Consulting LLC owns the intellectual property rights to all material on this Site. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, redistribute, or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

8. User Comments (if applicable) If the Site allows comments or reviews, you are solely responsible for anything you post. We do not endorse user comments and may remove any content we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

9. No Warranty The Site and Products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is fully current or accurate at all times.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota, Florida.
