Why I Built Coffee Cart Startup
I'm Derek Wasak, founder of Plato Beverage Consulting. I spent almost two decades in the craft beverage industry as a Director of Operations and Beverage Business Consultant before diving deeper to focus on the coffee industry.
After starting my own mobile coffee catering business, I realized that there were very few REAL business planning resources available. So I documented the whole process as I went through it and built a business planning guide based on my real mobile coffee experience combined with decades of beverage business and consulting experience. I built CoffeeCartStartup.com because I wanted the resource I wish had existed when I was starting out.
